The Magnetic Liquid Filter is designed for liquid or slurry production lines. It is installed in existing piping through flanges or clamps to remove ferrous contamination from liquid and slurry piping.
Magnetic liquid traps operate by using a powerful magnetic force generated by rare earth neodymium iron boron magnets with a maximum surface magnetic field strength of over 13,000 Gauss to adsorb ferrous contaminants in the fluid onto the surface of the device. When the fluid containing iron impurities passes through the magnetic field of the magnetic iron remover, the iron impurities are quickly adsorbed onto the equipment surface. Regular cleaning of the equipment surface is sufficient to remove the ferrous contaminants.
These magnets can remove almost all types of ferrous contaminants, from large particles to the smallest fines. The housing material is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, and the polished surface can meet the requirements of food and pharmaceutical hygiene levels.
