Our Magnetic Bullet is equipped with a high-performance neodymium magnet that generates a strong and consistent magnetic field. As materials containing magnetic impurities pass through the Magnetic Bullet, these impurities are attracted and held on the magnet’s surface. 02. What is the design of the permanent bullet magnet separator?
The magnetic bullet is made up of three key components:
1. Housing: This part acts as the sturdy body and forms the material channel. It’s crafted entirely from stainless steel plates (or steel plates) and has a top and bottom, each equipped with inlets and outlets of various diameters to accommodate different materials.
2. Permanent Magnet Assembly: This assembly consists of an outer cylinder, magnetic blocks, and magnetic pole plates. The outer cylinder is made of stainless steel, while the magnetic blocks use high-performance rare-earth neodymium iron boron permanent magnet materials.
3. Door: The purpose of the door is to secure the permanent magnet assembly. By periodically opening the door, any metal impurities adhering to the surface of the magnetic pole plate can be cleared, ensuring the effective working condition of the permanent magnet assembly.
These components work together to ensure that the magnetic bullet can efficiently separate and remove magnetic impurities during its operation.
03. How to Install Bullet Magnetic Separator?
1. Friendly Installation Tips: To keep things running smoothly, make sure to install the equipment after the initial screening to avoid any pesky blockages from large debris.
2. Positive Installation Direction: For best results, set it up in a vertical pipeline with a length of over 500mm above the equipment.
3. Encouraging Impact Cushioning: To protect the equipment, be sure to install a cushioning device to gently slow down the impact of materials. And remember, keep the material flow velocity under 1m/s for optimal performance.
04. How to Clean the Permanent Magnetic Bullet？
Here are some easy clean steps you can follow:
1. Cleaning Schedule: It’s important to regularly clean your permanent magnetic bullet based on how often you use it. Keep an eye on the thickness of iron impurities on the magnetic core’s surface, and clean it when it exceeds 20mm.
2. Cleaning Procedure: When it’s time to clean, start by opening the door and carefully moving the magnetic core away from the material feeding pipeline. Use a cloth or appropriate tools to gently remove any iron impurities from the surface. Once you’re done, simply close the door.
3. Key Points to Remember: When cleaning the pipeline, it’s important to always stop the material flow and make sure the environment is clear and safe. This will help ensure that your cleaning routine is both safe and effective.
05. How to Maintain the Permanent Magnetic Bullet？
To keep your permanent magnetic bullet in top condition, we recommend opening the door and manually removing any substances or impurities that may have adhered to the permanent magnet during each shift.
This will help ensure optimal iron removal efficiency and prevent material blockages caused by excessive metal impurities on the magnet’s surface.
Typically, re-magnetization is unnecessary for approximately 10 years under standard conditions. If you happen to notice a decrease in magnetic strength during operation, we recommend that you promptly re-magnetize or replace the magnetic blocks.
Moreover, the permanent magnet cover and magnetic pole plate may experience significant wear from direct exposure to material impacts and friction during use. In the event of severe wear, we suggest that you consider replacement.
