OF Magnetic DRAWER SEPARATOR:
Our magnetic drawer separator efficiently remove ferrous through their built-in magnetic grate. The working principle is based on the magnets’s adsorption characteristics towards iron impurities.
As materials pass through the iron remover, the internal magnetic grate generates a powerful magnetic field, attracting and adsorbing the iron magnetic impurities in the materials onto the grate. This process separates and removes the iron impurities, ensuring the purity of the materials.

02. How to Clean the Permanent Drawer Magnets？
Maintaining a clean unit is very important to ensure optimum performance. Frequency of cleaning depends on factors such as the quantity of tramp iron in the material being processed and the hourly throughput. Generally, the thickness of the powdery iron contaminants adsorbed on the magnetic bar surface should not exceed 10mm. Therefore, regular and timely cleaning is necessary to maintain the best use effect.
When cleaning it, please follow these steps:
1. Disassemble the magnetic grids one by one and clean the iron contaminants adsorbed on the magnetic bar surface.
2. Then install the magnetic grids back into the housing one by one and fix them in place to avoid material leakage through gaps due to poor sealing.
3. When cleaning the iron contaminants on the magnetic bar surface, you can use tools such as thick cotton gloves, rags, trays, etc. If necessary, you can wash it with water.
Remember, keeping the unit clean is very important to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.
