What is the plate magnets separator?

Plate magnet, also known as magnetic plate, is a powerful magnet specially designed for removing ferrous magnetic contaminants (such as bolts, nuts, iron slag, iron wire, iron nails, etc.) from granular, flaky or block materials (such as sand, slag, wood chips, plastics, corn, flour, etc.). Our plate magnets are internally made of high power neodymium-iron-boron magnets, and externally covered with 304 or 316 stainless steel. With a special magnetic circuit design, the magnetic force is concentrated on the surface of the plate and penetrates through the stainless steel casing. The resulting strong magnetic field can reach up to 12,000 GS, providing strong adsorption capability. It can be hung or laid flat, making it convenient to use without maintenance.
